Brendan Gomes is a fully certified Personal Trainer as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic student. He has had the privilege of changing the lives of several clients for the better, through exercise, nutrition and sheer dedication by using his extensive knowledge with the human body to positively impact the lives of others.

Thomas Parrot-Migas

Thomas Parrot-Migas is a certified ISSA Personal Trainer with more than three years of experience in sports specific training, functional training, fat loss and mass gaining. He graduated from Humber College with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion which has given him the knowledge and skills to educate his clients to the fullest, so that they achieve their goals that they have always dreamed of.

Thomas believes that anyone can become anything in life. Let him help you conquer your dreams by motivating you to set your goals, your deadlines, to change your mind set, eating habits, wellness and physique for good!

The Core "Ab" class is surely one of our more popular classes. Come in and chisel away at that core! Train your core to be the strongest it’s ever been, through a variety of core exercises.


This class is a high intensity, cardio-driven,
fat-burning workout! Using ONLY kettlebells,
our trainers will improve your core strength,
power and endurance; while fighting off those
